SHIPPING POLICY
We want you to love your PillowPack from XXtra.us, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us and we will provide you with a return label. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. If you would like to exchange your PillowPack for a different color or style, please contact us and we will make arrangements for you.
